Postage. $10 flat rate on every order within Australia and to New Zealand, regardless of size or weight. We post with Australia Post and email you tracking details once your order is on its way.
Convention pick-up. Free. Select the relevant convention at checkout and collect from us there. Order cut-off dates are listed on our Conventions page. Orders placed after a cut-off will be posted instead.
Turnaround. Most orders leave us within 3 to 5 business days of artwork approval. Large runs may take longer, and we will let you know when we confirm your order.
Delays. Carriers can slow down around public holidays and peak periods, which is outside our control. If your parcel is late, missing or arrives damaged, email us at admin@zeriscreations.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
